Why Clean Matters Coast-to-Coast Blows into the Windy City

On November 1st the Chicago metro area welcomed the traveling road show where over 60 local Ecolab representatives and customers learned about area consumers’ ranking of clean tableware as the #2 most important element of choosing a restaurant, right under taste and flavor of the food. To address these important restaurant guest expectations, all were shown live demonstrations of how Apex™ warewashing products outperform ordinary dish cleaning products through the use of more sophisticated formulations.

Northern California Welcomes Why Clean Matters Coast-to-Coast

Making the nearly 1,300-mile drive across the western states from Denver, the Coast-to-Coast trailer arrived at the San Francisco Bay Area on October 19th for another three-day event. Stops included Pleasanton, Modesto and Santa Cruz where customers and Ecolab representatives saw the latest and greatest foodservice cleaning and sanitizing solutions to address consumers’ high prioritization in the region for clean restaurant environments.

Why Clean Matters Rolls into Denver for First Stop on Coast-to-Coast Tour

The Ecolab Institutional Foodservice sales team in the Mile High City hosted the first stop of the Why Clean Matters Coast-to-Coast Tour for a three-day event starting October 12th. Enjoying the beautiful, sunny warm weather, the team came out in full force for demonstrations of Apex™ warewashing solutions, to learn about the important Technomic consumer data, to see the Cleaning Caddy in action, and to get a sneak peek at the upcoming all new Apex2 program. In addition, a number of Ecolab customers and other people from the foodservice industry also came out to see Ecolab’s latest and greatest innovations.

‘Why Clean Matters’ Coast to Coast Tour Hits the Road

Taking the message of Why Clean Matters to the restaurant operator community becomes more than a web site as Ecolab embarks on a coast-to-coast tour of the U.S.

Ecolab Field Associates in cities along the tour are inviting customers to come and learn about important city-specific consumer data showing what restaurant guests look for when choosing a place to dine. Ecolab headquarters representatives will conduct live product demos of Apex Power dishmachine detergent, Apex Rinse Additive and Apex Presoak, showing the difference these products make in achieving restaurant guest satisfaction.

In addition, a custom designed, 28-foot rolling showroom will allow operators to see the labor- and energy cost-saving features of the superior performing Apex dishmachine family.

The tour departs Ecolab R&D headquarters October 10th, heading west for the first stop on the tour. Watch this page for regular updates!
