We did extensive studies, including focus groups and quite a lengthy amount of time and resources, and we established what we call our table stakes. Table stakes are most important things to a customer when they walk into our restaurant. The top five table stakes were things we needed to address immediately. One of those was clean restrooms. After looking at a number of alternatives and seeing how the Cleaning Caddy works we just made the decision we’re putting one in every restaurant. We stopped our outside cleaning services. We were able to purchase the Ecolab Cleaning Caddy for each unit and still show a savings at the end of the year versus paying for outside services.
