Problem - Without detergent dishes are likely going through the machine more than once or are going out to customers dirty.
Action - The Daily Detail Report will provide more information to help resolve the issue.

Problem - At the beginning of the month the machine was run without soap for a few days. This may have led to increased rewash and possibly more customer complaints.
Action - It appears the issue has been resolved but it would be a good idea to discuss with your staff and offer any training if needed. Your Ecolab rep will be able to assist you with training.

Red & Yellow Dot - Indicates that there are clear temperature issues.
Problem - Temperatures are necessary to get clean dishes and proper sanitation.
Action - A number of factors could be leading to these issues. Your Ecolab rep will review the
Daily Detail Report to find a resolution.

Problem - The problem with both the rinse and wash temp started at the same time. The drastic fall of the rinse temp is likely an issue with the booster heater. Also, the wash temp hasn’t fallen off quite as significantly – likely due to the heating elements in the tank still working.
Action - The booster should be checked first to make sure it is on and getting power. If neither of these are the issue, talk to your Ecolab rep about a new booster heater.

Red Dot - Indicates that the wash cycle of the dishmachine isn’t running at the proper temperature.
Problem - Low wash temps will have a impact on soil removal. Rewash rates will be higher and the risk of serving guests dirty or greasy dishes increases.
Action - Your Ecolab rep will be able to look into the Daily Detail Report data captured to understand what is leading to this problem.

Problem - A steady decline in the ability for the machine to wash at the proper temperature through April. This is likely caused by 1 of 2 things – there is either significant scale build up on the heating elements within the wash tank or the elements themselves are going bad.
Action - With a simple visual inspection your Ecolab rep will be able to confirm if it is likely being caused by scale, in which case deliming will address the issue. If the elements are free of scale they will likely need to be replaced.

Problem - The weekend business has picked up significantly as confirmed by the daily rack count and both the rinse and wash temps.
Action - Start with increasing the temperature of your house water heater. If that doesn't work, you may need a bigger water heater.
